Healthy eating does not have to be a battle. It can be simple, fun, and cost-effective!

What you’ll gain from this class:

  • Language to use with your children to get them to chose healthy options.
  • Snack and meal ideas your kids will love.
  • Make slow transitions to healthier eating - they won’t even notice!
  • Learn how-to have fun planning & prepping meals/snacks with your kids.
  • Stop being a short-order cook! (But how?! - I will teach you!)
  • Skip the drive-thru! - Cooking at home is easier, quicker, and cost effective.
  • Where are these hidden sugars and how do we avoid them.

Please call 649-4415 to register!
